Where in the World - Day 12 South Africa

I wanted to do something bright and colourful for South Africa,

then I found this picture to inspire my design:

I guess it was more the colours, than the shapes, that attracted me.

Where in the World - Day 11 Hungary

For the longest time I did not know what to do for today's country, until I read that the Rubik's Cube
was invented in Hungary. As soon as I read that I knew what my design would be!

Where in the World - Day 5 Poland

Horray! A country I have been to and a place I visited - Szczecin! It's a lovely city on the Oder River and is close to the Baltic Sea. I welcomed 2004 NY there while visiting family friends. That evening we went to listen to a classical music concert, so I thought I would recreate the new  Philharmonic building:
