The last few days of the blue month (aka April) were exciting for a couple of reasons:

1) I kind of happened to discover how awesome layering toppers can be and 2) the auction!

Originally I wanted to celebrate getting 250 followers, but since then the number of followers
 has gone up rapidly and we're approaching 300 - so it's an ongoing celebration of polish love.
The reason why I have split the polish into two prize pools - availability. If you like in Canada, or Brazil or USA and you fall in love with a polish that is not available to you I would be sad... By the same token for the Australian prize I wanted to promote some great brands that are only available in Oz!
